Neighbors 4 Neighbors is teaming up with In Jacob’s Shoes, the South Florida leader in collecting, cleaning, and distributing gently used and new shoes to kids and families all over Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

As families “Step Into School” soon, we are working with our partners at T-Mobile, City National Bank, All My Sons Moving and Storage, Junk.com, CBS Miami, and CW 33 for a community-wide shoe drive aimed at providing new and gently used shoes to families in need throughout South Florida. It’s simple—just drop off any new or gently used shoes of any kind at participating T-Mobile stores and City National Bank branches, and we’ll get them to our partners at In Jacob’s Shoes. They’ll make sure they’re all cleaned up and get into the hands… make that onto the feet of those who need them most.

Kids grow so fast, and shoes are a big-ticket item that many families struggle to afford. You can help. Choose a drop-off location near you or make a donation and we’ll buy a pair on your behalf.

Shoes 4 Neighbors: A Reimagined Shoe Drive

At Neighbors 4 Neighbors, we believe something as simple as a pair of shoes can change the way someone shows up in the world. That belief is at the heart of our reimagined Shoes 4 Neighbors initiative, a community-powered effort designed to meet people where they are and help them take their next step forward with dignity and confidence.

Shoes are more than an accessory. They are essential for school, work, job interviews, daily errands, and overall well-being. Yet for many individuals and families in our community, safe, properly fitting footwear is out of reach. This reimagined Shoe Drive expands our impact beyond a one-time collection, allowing us to respond to real needs across all ages, seasons, and circumstances.

Official Kickoff: March 15th

We are proud to officially kick off Shoes 4 Neighbors on March 15, in recognition of National Shoe the World Day, which raises awareness about the lack of access to proper footwear for over 500 million people worldwide.

Drop-off locations and community partners will be announced at kickoff, making it easy for neighbors, businesses, and organizations to get involved.

Early donations are already being accepted, helping us get a head start on supporting neighbors in need. Financial contributions allow us to purchase new shoes directly for individuals and families when and where they’re needed most, ensuring the right size, the right style, and the right moment.
