1. Pre-purchase a large moving box. (As low as $2 at your local Home Depot or Lowes ) OR request a minimum of 5 boxes right HERE, shipped to you for FREE!

2. Get the word out to your friends, family, co-workers, community to FILL as many boxes as you can! Each box can hold as many as 50 pairs of shoes – any kind of shoes!!! Old heels, slippers, sneakers, boots, etc. Stuff them, squish them down and pack the box as full as you can. The boxes need to be at least 30 pounds or more for us to redeem the reward, so don’t be afraid to squish them in there, it won’t hurt the shoes!

3. Once the box is full, email recycle@recycleshoeproject.com to arrange for your pre-paid shipping label and pick up.

The shoes received are spared from landfills and individuals from developing countries repurpose the gently used shoes. These individuals sort and market them accordingly to boost their country's economy for reuse and resale. This process is a true example of the core fundamentals of microeconomics and upcycling.
